Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Promote and Prospect sales of Company products. 
  • Carry out product and market research. 
  • Determines product pricing. 
  • Identify potential clients to update the customer portfolio. 
  • Develop close relationship with Architects, Project Managers, Contractors, QS, Interior Decorators (ID), Promoters and any other clients. 
  • Handling customers’ complaints. 
  • Master all products in terms of suppliers, prices, technical knowledge, stock, clients, market segment, installation techniques and import process. 
  • Create and implement marketing plan and work closely with Marketing Officer.  
  • Coach individually sales representatives to help them improve product sales performance. 
  • Identifies training needs, plan trainings and ensures that training plan is implemented.  
Experience and qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent, and/or knowledge in the sales industry with the following experience: 

  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing – at least 5years  
  • Proven ability to participate in the development of strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to Head Product Manager. 
  • Ability to manage and maintain relationships with key clients. 
  • Good People Management abilities 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities. 
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Driving truck to/from installation sites
  • Installation and/or repair blinds on site
  • Interacting with customers
  • Fill in the paperwork
  • Loading and unloading the truck
  • Ensure working sites are left clean and tidy
 Requirements:
  • SC / HSC
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar position or in maintenance
  • Knowledge in our field of activity would be an advantage.
  • A valid Driving Licence
  • Proven customer service experience is preferred.
  • The ability to work flexible hours.
  • Excellent communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
  • Cutting of fabrics and aluminium bars
  • Build blinds as per measurement and instructions given
  • Verification of ordering sheet
Job Requirements:
  • Min. Form 3
  • Measurement knowledge with tape measure
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist Driver during delivery 
  • Verify goods issued before loading the delivery transport
  • Un/loading & Uploading of Goods
  • Deliver goods to clients or on construction site
  • Interacting with customers
  • Filling out paperwork to record deliveries
Job Requirements:
  • Min. 2 years experience in similar position
  • Form 4
  • The ability to work flexible hours.
  • The ability to lift heavy objects.
Working condition: 
Monday to Friday: 07h30 – 17h00 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. 
  • Organize and maintain the storeroom to ensure easy accessibility of materials. 
  • Track and manage inventory levels using inventory management systems. 
  • Issue raw materials and components to the production team as required. 
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies. 
  • Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of materials to prevent damage. 
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to replenish stock when needed. 
  • Maintain a clean and safe storeroom environment in compliance with safety standards. 
Experience and Qualifications: 
  • HSC or Diploma in Administration 
  • Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setting. 
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely. 
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills. 
Working condition
Monday to Friday: 07h30 – 17h00 
Responsibilities: 
  • Update Production Sheets on a daily basis. 
  • Assist teams on special requirements. 
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines. 
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. 
  • Keep adequate records of non-conformities discovered during quality control activities and perform a trend analysis on those non-conformities. 
  • Ensure quantity of blinds handed over for delivery tallies with that on the Production Sheet and delivery note, and ensure accessories required for installation accompany the blinds. 
  • Handling of Returns  
  • Prepare samples. 
  • Follow company guidelines, safety protocols, and production procedures. 
Experience and Qualifications: 
  • SC/HSC 
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. 
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control. 
Work Conditions: 
Monday to Friday: 07h30 – 17h00 
Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Keep the premises clean and tidy, including workstations, restrooms, bathrooms, and toilets. 
  • Regularly sanitize common areas to maintain hygiene standards. 
  • Wash and vacuum company vehicles as needed to ensure they are clean and presentable. 
  • Perform minor repairs such as painting, fixing leaks, and replacing broken fixtures. 
  • Collect and dispose of waste from various factory areas promptly. 
  • Manage recycling tasks to ensure proper segregation and compliance with environmental regulations. 
  • Provide support during deliveries or inventory handling when required. 
Experience and Qualifications: 
  • Form 3 
  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar position 
  • Good organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. 
  • Polite and professional. 
  • Physically fit to perform cleaning and lifting tasks as needed. 
Work Conditions: 
Monday to Friday: 08h30 – 17h00 
Saturday: 09h00 – Noon  
Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Welcome customers to the showroom and assist them in selecting the  the product that best suit them. 
  • Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and preferences. 
  • Prepare accurate quotations and process orders. 
  • Manage the daily operations of the showroom, including opening and closing tasks. 
  • Follow up on customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins. 
  • To provide an excellent service for a high level of customer satisfaction and to achieve sales objectives and targets. 
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and stocked with samples and promotional materials. 
  • Master all products in terms of suppliers, prices, technical knowledge, stock, clients, market segment, installation techniques and import process. 
  • Handling customers’ complaints. 
  • To ensure debtors level are kept within limits and to chase accordingly. 
Experience and Qualifications: 
  • HSC 
  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar position 
  • Ideally candidate must reside in the Moka or Plaine Wilhems districts for ease of commuting. 
  • Knowledge in our field of activity would be an advantage. 
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and written. 
  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals. 
  • Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and organize.
