Ideco is looking for a creative, dynamic, and customer-oriented Interior Decorator to join its Sales Team. 

The Interior Decorator will work closely with clients to discuss all aspects of creating, styling, and transforming interior spaces, including colours, materials, textures, layouts, flooring, blinds, wall décor, furniture, and outdoor living solutions. 

The successful candidate should be a dynamic multitasker with a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to combine creativity with practical interior solutions while supporting sales objectives and enhancing customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and project requirements. 
  • Advise clients on interior décor concepts, materials, colours, and product selections. 
  • Prepare mood boards, presentations, and simple 3D visuals/renderings. 
  • Support the Sales Team with material selection and project presentations. 
  • Assist with showroom displays, visual merchandising, and marketing content. 
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the project journey. 
  • Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and innovations. 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Decoration, Architecture, or related field 
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, PowerPoint, or related design software 
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and customer service skills 
  • Good communication and presentation abilities 
  • Experience in interior décor, showroom sales, or project coordination will be an advantage. 
  • Commercial mindset with ability to support sales objectives. 
Ideco Ltd is looking for an Outdoor Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales growth by actively engaging with customers in the field and promoting products or services. This is a fully field-based role, with the representative spending most of their time on the road visiting clients, building relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can work independently while representing the company professionally. 
 
Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Master all products in terms of suppliers, prices, technical knowledge, stock, clients, market segment, installation techniques and import process. 
  • Actively identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.  
  • Promote and sell products or services according to company standards and guidelines. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. 
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and advice to customers. 
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and report on sales performance regularly. 
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business strategies. 
  • Spend most of the working day on the road, visiting clients and prospects across the assigned territory. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market activities. 
 
 Experience and qualifications: 
  • HSC / Diploma in Sales & Maketing 
  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar position  
  • A valid driving licence 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road. 
  • Familiarity with the local market and customer base. 
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. 

STOREKEEPER 

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies within our operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. 
  • Organize and maintain the storeroom to ensure easy accessibility of materials. 
  • Track and manage inventory levels using inventory management systems. 
  • Issue raw materials and components to the production team as required. 
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies. 
  • Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of materials to prevent damage. 
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to replenish stock when needed. 
  • Maintain a clean and safe storeroom environment in compliance with safety standards. 

Job Requirements: 

  • HSC or Diploma in Administration or certification in Inventory management 
  • Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setting. 
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely. 
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills. 
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Driving truck to/from installation sites
  • Installation and/or repair blinds on site
  • Interacting with customers
  • Fill in the paperwork
  • Loading and unloading the truck
  • Ensure working sites are left clean and tidy
 Requirements:
  • SC / HSC
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar position or in maintenance
  • Knowledge in our field of activity would be an advantage.
  • A valid Driving Licence
  • Proven customer service experience is preferred.
  • The ability to work flexible hours.
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Build blinds as per measurement and instructions given

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist Driver during delivery 
  • Verify goods issued before loading the delivery transport
  • Un/loading & Uploading of Goods
  • Deliver goods to clients or on construction site
  • Interacting with customers
  • Filling out paperwork to record deliveries
Job Requirements:
  • Min. 2 years experience in similar position
  • Form 4
  • The ability to work flexible hours.
  • The ability to lift heavy objects.

We are seeking a trustworthy, professional, and highly flexible Personal Driver & General Support Assistant to provide safe transportation services and operational support. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Safely transport the Director, family members, staff, and guests as required. 
  • Plan routes and adjust travel schedules according to traffic conditions, appointments, and operational requirements. 
  • Maintain vehicles in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times. 
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, fuel management, and the timely renewal of registration, insurance, and other vehicle-related documentation. 
  • Carry out collections and transportation of supplies, equipment, and other household or business-related items. 
  • Provide support within the Company’s operations during periods when driving duties are not required, including administrative assistance, deliveries, site support, and other general operational tasks. 
  • Act as a messenger and company representative for deliveries, collections, banking, purchases, and other errands. 
  • Provide assistance with personal and family-related tasks as directed by the Director. 
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, professionalism, and personal presentation at all times. 
  • Be flexible with working hours and available to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays when operational needs require. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Valid driving licence with a clean driving record. 
  • Proven experience as a driver. 
  • Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks. 
  • Flexible working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends when required. 
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
