SALES MANAGER

Job Summary  

The Sales Manager has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, execution and closure of a project.  He is also responsible for the promotion, development, marketing, sales, and follow-up of the Company products to optimize profit, and meet sales and marketing objectives.  

Experience and qualifications: 

Degree in Commerce, Sales & Marketing or equivalent, and/or knowledge in the sales industry with the following experience: 

  • Proven work experience as Sale Manager
  • Proven ability to participate in the development of marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management 
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients 
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset 
  • Good People Management abilities 

FLOORING FITTER ‘POSEUR’

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Installation of flooring
  • Interacting with customers
  • Loading and unloading the truck
  • Ensure working sites are left clean and tidy

 Requirements:

  • Above Form 3
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar position or in maintenance
  • Knowledge in our field of activity would be an advantage.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work flexible hours.

DRIVER/HELPER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt delivery of goods to customers around the country
  • Verify goods issued before loading the delivery transport
  • Un/loading & Uploading of Goods
  • Interacting with customers
  • Filling out paperwork to record deliveries

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Valid Driving licence - Car and heavy vehicle more than 5years
  • Proven customer service experience is preferred.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work flexible hours.
  • The ability to lift heavy objects.

ADMIN & SALES SUPPORT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Representatives and carry out sales admin tasks
  • Promote sales of Company products in the showroom
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide advice/guidance on the product that best suit 
  • Attend customer queries 
  • Secure Customer orders through telephone or mail
  • Attends and administers all incoming & outgoing calls in the absence of the Receptionist/Telephonist
  • Maintaining Customer relationship

Job Requirements:

  • HSC or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
  • 2 years’ experience in sales position
  • Computer Literate
  • Good Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
